Buffaloes stampede farther West
It is official, the Colorado Buffaloes have accepted an invitation from the Pac-10 Conference. With the Buffs leaving the Big 12, it is almost certain that the Big 12 "superpowers", that is Texas, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Oklahoma & Oklahoma State, will follow Colorado's suit and head to the Pac-10. As a Buffs fan, I like the move. It was only a matter of time before the Big 12 dissolved. However, this leaves some of the smaller schools left in the dark. With Nebraska certain to move to the Big 10, with possibly Missouri to follow, the changing of the Division I college athletics landscape will be something that we have never seen before. Stay tuned to see where the dominoes will fall.
